Dr Suzanne Turner, author of the bestselling management book entitled "Tools for Success", is an expert in energising individuals and organisations to maximise their potential.

As owner of internationally acclaimed consultancy, Potenza Ltd., Suzanne delivers expert solutions on a variety of subjects. These include knowledge management, process improvement, change management, strategic planning and the application of improvement tools, amongst others.

Suzanne is also involved in the development of Senior and Middle managers in association with the University of Warwick and is a tutor and course organiser for engineering business masters courses. She is often asked to lecture on process improvement, knowledge management and the "process focused" organisation.
