We passionately believe that a unique, sustainable competitive advantage can only be gained by an organisation through the people within the organisation, and an environment which allows those people to thrive.

How are we Different?

We do not provide black box solutions, but address real, current business problems with individuals and groups within organisations, such that they are equipped to deal with such problems again in the future. Many organisations have only scratched the surface of what is possible in terms of the knowledge capabilities within their organisations. This has become evident over many years of conventional business consultancy that we have. Too often, people are invited into organisations to help them improve, and those with the power vested in them become preoccupied with developing sell on work into the organisation, resulting in a conflict of interests.

We decided that there was a better way and in January 2000, Potenza Limited was launched to provide a new way for the new millennium. We do not measure our success on our profits, but on the success of our customer's. We survive not at the expense of our customer, but on the back of their recommendations.
